The Apps, including their code, art, music and names, belong to Silvertonian or its licensors.
The Apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep them working, but we don't guarantee they will be error-free or always available, and we may change or discontinue them at any time.
To the extent the law allows, Silvertonian is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Apps, including lost game progress.
If you get an App through a store such as Google Play or itch.io, that store's terms also apply.
